nfp Resourcing has partnered with ERAS to conduct a research study designed to identify the profile of successful senior fundraisers and we are delighted that The Institute of Fundraising is encouraging its members to participate in the study and to disseminate the findings.
How to participate
In order for the study to work each participant must have the agreement of their line manager that they will complete the Manager Rating Form.
To sign-up to participate in the study follow the simple steps outlined below:
1. Email research@nfp-resourcing.co.uk and
2. Put Fundraiser Research Study in the subject box
3. Provide the name of your organisation
4. Provide the name/s, job title/s and email address of the person/people who will participate
5. Provide the name/s, job/title/s and email address of the manager/s for each participant
In summary, the process for participants is:
1. Secure agreement from their manager that they will complete the Manager Rating Form
2. Email nfp Resourcing with the information required and receive login details by return
3. Complete Biographical Form
4. Complete The Quest Profiler
5. Ensures Manager has returned the Manager Rating Form
6. Receive an email with a link to download the report
Completing the two forms will take around 30 minutes.
